Do you keep the videos?

No. The resolver returns direct media URLs. The video is downloaded by your device.

Do private posts work?

No. SuperDL only works with public posts that expose downloadable media.

Why do links expire?

Some media links are short lived. If a link expires, resolve the post again to fetch fresh options.
